I was just reading a post by my friend Mike, who has a blog relating to his weightloss jouney, which he is sharing with the world, to keep him on track, to encourage and challenge others to join him, and to raise $1 million dollars from along the way - how is that for a genius idea?

These were my comments to him, after he had put on 5 pounds after the July long weekend…….

Great idea to get everyone to support you on your journey by using this blog as your tool and way to be accountable, we are alongside you, supporting and watching you, as we journey towards our goals together.

It is all about keeping on track, or focused, as long as we try to do that for 90% of the time, we can afford to have a treat some of the time.

If you are still eating so much protein, it could also be that you are building muscle, which does happen with weightloss and having high protein.
The good thing about that is that in building more muscle, we burn more energy, which is burning up the centimetres/inches that we don’t want.

Building more muscle speeds up your metabolism and sustains weightloss in the long term when you keep on track, although I wouldn’t agree that all your protein should be from animal products, being meat and diary.

If you want to know more about why, you can contact me through my new blog, at
http://www-natural-health-cures.com

I will be posting further information to qualify my statement shortly,
so please check back tomorrow. I will also be sharing the link to Mike’s blog if you would like to ‘meet’ him.

Yours in the Best of Health
