Most of us go through life, going about our busy days, 
not giving a whole lot of thought and planning to our meals,
sticking to the same sort of breakfast, lunch and dinner,
week after week, month after month, year after year. 

With all the Fast Food and Drive Through outlets,
all the convenience, pre-packaged and prepared foods
available today, and all the tempting snacks and goodies
we don’t need to give our food much thought,or so we think!
Our thoughts may be more about jumping out of bed, rushing
to get to work, getting the family off to school or their day,
getting the chores done, goingto meetings,
and doing whatever we need to do each day,
not on carefully planned balanced meals.

This leaves little time for much careful thought and
planning of our meals, how much nutrition we may be
receiving from them, how balanced they should be,
are they full of preservatives, colourants and additives?

Are we eating well enough to ensure we get enough protein,
vitamins and minerals, essential fats, water, fibre and all these
pieces of the puzzle that ensure good health, vitality and energy?

Do you know why it is absolutely essential to be paying attention
to what you are eating? 

Do you really know? 

Did you know that our cells need water and oxygen,
vitamins, mineral and essential fatty acids
to nourish and feed
our bodies, to repair and grow, to build up our immune system,
to ward off bacteria, viruses and dis-eases? 
 

Did you know that our bodies are recreated again every so often,
and the quality of our health, vitality,and energy, immune system and
clarity of mind
all depends on the Quality of the food we eat?

How are our bodies meant to be healthy, if we are not even
thinking about what
we are putting into our mouths? 

How will donuts or hamburgers, soda’s or coffees, fries or wine,
coffee or icecreams help us to regenerate healthy strong cells
and and a
good immune system? Have you ever stopped to think about that? 
It is a good time to stop what you are doing and think
about that for a few minutes, at least!
 
If you are sick and tired, of being sick and tired,
tired of needing to lose weight, or trying to fit into clothes
that are tight fitting, or
tired of acne and skin problems,
or
tired of dis-eases like yeast infections, diabetes, depression,
or maybe
cancer, high blood pressure and cholesterol that creep
into your life, 
then it is high time to give what you are feeding yourself
some serious thought.
 

The first Tip I will leave with you,
besides giving what you are eating some serious thought,
is to make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Start a new habit, and drink plenty of water today.

Being dehydrated can cause us to gain weight,
