SP6 - The Simple Plan for Losing Weight
If you are overweight - it’s not your fault!
The challenge or the question is - how do you control your appetitefor successful weight loss?
That would be, how do you find the motivation to control your appetite to set your weight loss in motion to begin with, and to keep on track without falling off the rails, as you take on the long journey on towards your weight loss goal?
I guess it depends on your body type, your current eating habits, and the effectiveness of the weight loss program you decide to follow.
You would also have to consider how much water you are drinking,as the more you drink, the more effective your weight loss would be.
You would also have to consider exercise, if you do any currently, are you going to increase it, or begin some form of regular excercise if you are not currently active.
Basically weight loss comes down to how many calories you are taking in per day, as opposed to how many calories your body is using or burning up per day. If you use as many calories at you take in, your weight will remain
constant, if you take in more than your body uses, you will gain weight,
and if you use up more calories than you are taking in - you will slowly start to burn up the excess body fat that is sitting where you don’t want it to be.
So that is the Secret to losing weight - burn up more calories than you are taking in daily - so whether that is by reducing the foods or calories you are eating,or increasing your physical activity daily, or doing both.
Trying to lose weight can be a constant battle, as we are constantly thinking of food. We are continuously faced with food adverts on the TV, in magazines, find food outlets on every street corner, have tempting treats facing us at the
supermarket checkout - it sure is a losing battle. Then we are also faced with the thoughts of the consequences of being overweight - diabetes, fatigue, heart disease, higher blood pressure and cholesterol. The thought of this is enough to lead anyone into a state of depression.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could just turn off our appetite,so that we are not tempted by sweet treats, by pastries on the street corner,by servings of rich fatty foods that we could be cutting back on? That would solve the whole weight loss problem!
Imagine how good we would feel if we had the will power to cut back, with no struggle or temptation, and to experience the results and excitement, and motivation as we see the inches falling off and the scales reducing, day by day, week by week. To experience our clothes getting loser and loser, as we have the power to reduce our appetite, and to be satisfied with smallermeals, with no cravings for sweet foods and carbohydrates, and the foodsthat tempt our tastebuds.
How amazing would that be? A Dieters Dream Come True?
That’s exactly what I thought when I found the SP6 Appetite Suppressant Patches!

“In 14 days I lost 11 lbs. and 1 ½ inches around the waist, measured at the belly button. Kiss the Cravings
GoodBye and Feel Full at the Same Time!”
- Bill M.
I’m so excited! I have lost more weight using this patch, than with anything else I have tried! I don’t feel “jittery”
and I’m not always thinking about my next meal and even when that meal comes, I am not really interested in it,
so I don’t devour it like I haven’t eaten in days, in fact I usually leave more that half the food still on the plate”. - Samantha R.

I don’t know about you, but I sure think this is fantastic news for those of us who constantly battle with food cravings, chocolate cravings, weight loss diets, yo-yo dieting, and putting on weight again once we have lost it.
If we don’t have to worry about the struggle for motivation and keeping on track with a weight loss diet, what a pleasure that would be. What I think is wonderful is that you don’t have to take anything, simple as that.
A dieters’ dream come true.
Being focussed on Cellular Nutrition myself, and being aware of ensuring that we do get all the essential nutrients from the foods we eat, I would still caution you to be aware of what you are eating, and to try to be sure that you are eating healthy balanced meals, with lean protein and plenty of fresh vegetables and salads.
I am sure you will find this a lot easier when using the SP6 Appetite Suppressant Patch, as you will not feel the hunger pangs and temptations that you would normally have to face.
